WORST EXPERIENCE WITH XMAS HAMPER EVER
I went through three different conpanies for Xmas hampers. Two were being delivered to UK, the 3rd one was being delivered to Tasmania. Tassie order confirmed 20/12 ... being processed. No hamper arrived on the 23/24/25/26th. It is now the 27th & still no delivery. The UK people have received their hampers on 24th.
I recommend not using this company. They obviously have a delivery problem.

I love the quality of the products
I love the quality of the products. I recently had an issue with an order in which one of the components was broken. On contacting them their response was very prompt, very satisfactory and extremely understanding. This was more than I had expected especially as it was in the middle of the Xmas rush.
