We started using the company as a trial run in one of our hotels purchasing only 1 Terminal. I run a very busy seasonal café & ice cream shop in the summer months, and with seven registers and large queues we needed something that is 100% stable and can handle the volume, is not riddled with bugs, has a support line with knowledgeable beings on the other side, and provide the flexibility we need. The Good Till proved to be both flexible and extremely stable, and even though we handled over 5.5 customers per minute over seven terminals at peak, we had no issues at all (as opposed to our previous POS system). The Good Till is easy to learn and it provided a lot of flexibility with regards to kitchen printing and product options. The backoffice is great - and the syncronizing between backoffice and terminals has worked flawlessly. I have not needed much help from support, a few times I had some complex questions, and they were answered quickly and precisely. If you're looking for a great, robust and flexible POS application, I give my warmest recommendations.

When looking to replace my existing POS, I spent many hours reviewing a number of solutions and have to say The Good Till Co stood out above the rest. The app comes with a broad feature set, including customer and kitchen displays, customer loyalty and a detailed reporting suite - the thing I really like about The Good Till though is their approach to support and product development. In the short time I've been using the app their team have introduced a raft of new features and improved many existing ones. When I've needed to make use of the support team they've been responsive and resolved the issue quickly - I really like that they provide you a log in to their support ticket system enabling you to track progress without needing to contact them for updates. Overall The Good Till represents great value and is a solid POS solution.
