Received a horrible quality product, then realized they stole the design from an artist and are printing bad quality shirts and using stolen artwork. They refuse to refund me.

I ordered a sweater back in January, got the confirmation email but never got any updates on the order.
Fast forward to February, sent an email asking about it, got told my order was fulfilled and the estimated delivery was the 21st of February.
I emailed the company a few days ago as the sweater hadn’t arrived and my order was cancelled “by the print provider”, so it seems to me as it was never even sent out and if I hadn’t reached out to them they would’ve taken my money and I still wouldn’t have gotten my package.
Anyway don’t buy anything from here :)

Received blank shirt, radio silence
I ordered a shirt for a Christmas present, only for it to be blank. I sent a ticket immediately (12/24/2024) requesting a replacement, including my order number, images, and shipping information, but was understanding of delays due to the holiday season. I left a 1-star review a couple days later (12/26/2024) on their website, and they reached out to me over the review (NOT my help ticket) asking if I wanted a replacement, to add images, and to confirm my address. Upon doing so a few days later (12/31/2024), I receive no response. I reach out again including even more images (1/4/2025), and receive no response. I am reaching out to them a third time (1/9/2025) to see if I can get a refund or replacement before I file a bank dispute. If they respond, I will update my review to a 2 or 3 star. If not, it means they NEVER got back to me.

Pretty sure this website is a scam.
Ordered a t-shirt and it's been in "Shipment Information Received" for two weeks, which I've seen before from scams.
Will update if I receive the product - but for now avoid.
