I give a 3 star rating as I will be fully refunded but it took way to long to have the issue resolved.. I thank U for having finally gotten back to me but it can not take months for a client to be answered or refunded this is unacceptable.. I do hope that the process will be reviewed in complaints department .. so that client satisfaction can come maintained
