A Shining Example
I came across this site a while ago by accident whilst browsing for a particular item which is hard to come by in the UK. So glad I did! From start to finish I cannot fault the service I received. That is not to say I didn't have problems, I did, but it was the manner in which it was resolved which has left me with nothing but kind words and praise for them. On my initial purchase I had located a voucher code which I tried to use and for some reason or another the code was not being accepted at checkout. As I needed to make this order I emailed them 'out of hours' (I used to work nights and shop at 2am). Was surprised to receive response so quickly, reassuring me to make the order, contact them back with my order number and they would apply the discount 'post purchase'. I did and within 30 mins received notification it had been done. Every piece of communication from them was extremely personable, informative and made you feel like number 1. This company knows the meaning of customer service and it is easy to tell that it is central to their business philosophy. Largeg online dotcoms take note. This company values your business and makes you feel that from start to finish and even beyond post sale. I received my order superbly packed (as it was a fragile item) and it was received with free delivery within 48 hours of initially placing my order. This Xmas, needed another item in s hurry so again, they had it in stock, voucher code worked, ordered 10:30pm, free delivery, received following afternoon with same care as 1st order. Nice xmas card and 'cheeky' reindeer bell inside package too which made me smile. I will shop there again for sure and for now stand up and give applause to a shining example in the world of online retail. Bravo... Bravo.
