SCAM company, ZERO STARS.
I ordered an item, immediately received an email to confirm the order quickly followed by an email saying I had cancelled the order. My card had been charged and no refund issued. I am currently going through my bank for a refund as my email to The Garden Nook was returned undeliverable and the phone number is out of service. THIS IS A BOGUS COMPANY
The old saying "If something seems too good to be true, it probably is" some items are so cheap, its my own fault for being so gullible. I place a order, my order was canceled. I never received a refund. Customer service is non-existent. Do not use this site, it is a scam. Dirty Bastards
We ordered from them and literally that same day it said the order was cancelled by us. We didn’t cancel ! Concerned this now might be a scam. Will wait to see if my card is refunded. 🙈
I placed an order with these and it was confirmed by email. A few hours later this was cancelled by them with no explanation provided (even though the email reason stated canceled by me which was not true).
Not sure why anyone would order if it's likely to just be cancelled with no info.
Guess i should have looked for reviews, will have to check my card has been refunded in a couple of days.
