We take statements of this nature seriously and want to correct the record.

You contacted us regarding your order, and we responded at 1:40 PM informing you that this product is a manually delivered license, a process that is clearly disclosed on the product page and that delivery would follow shortly.

Your license was then successfully delivered at 1:49 PM to the email address provided at checkout. We have verified this through our delivery and email logs.

As such, the claims that the product was not delivered and that we did not respond are factually incorrect.

If the email is not visible in your primary inbox, we recommend checking spam, junk, or promotions folders, as filtering by email providers can sometimes affect delivery visibility.

We are available to resend the license or provide it through an alternative method if needed. However, we do ask that public claims accurately reflect the situation.

Please contact us directly so we can ensure you have access and resolve this immediately.

We are sorry to hear that you were frustrated by this experience. However, after carefully reviewing our inbox, spam, support system, and messaging logs, we did not receive any support requests or emails from you regarding Xpand!2 prior to this review.

At no point did we block you from communicating with us.

That said, we still took action on your behalf. We contacted the software manufacturer to assist with technical support, and we have also issued you a full refund for your purchase to resolve the matter in good faith.
