The customer service was amazing
The customer service was amazing. Oscar already had a navy lead walk set and it still looks as good as new! Products are great, well priced and the packaging is beautiful too. I purchased the brown set and the green one - he’s quite the style setter in the park. I always get asked where I got the collar and lead. Love the Furry Nomad!!!!

Dog water bottle
This is a cute and also useful drink bottle. Unfortunately after our outset was submitted we were told the colour we chose was not available. Thankfully customer service was very helpful and we were able to change our order to a different colour. The bottle is great but does seem to leak a bit. I am unsure if this is because we don’t know how to use it properly

Hi Anna, thank you for leaving a detailed review. Your bottle shouldn't leak at all. When we get new stock we'd be happy to replace that for you. I will add that when you use the slide out bowl, any excess water left in the bowl can sometimes be trapped inside the lid. So just always shake it out after your pooch has had a drink.

I was happy with the quality of the product however customer service and backup is not good. The harness I purchased was too tight for my dog and when I asked what to do they told me to return it but I am up for the postage. Temu have great quality harnesses for better price and look after their customers if things are not right. This I speak from experience

Beautiful collar but way too chunky
Beautiful collar but way too chunky for a small dog. It fit by measurements and in the hole. But looks massive. Wish the was thinner and smaller buckle for the xs size and dog.
