Ordered from this company on 4th September 2025 through Etsy. Part of an order from other sellers. Received all from other sellers. Did not receive these (apparently posted Royal Mail, as other orders were also) did not receive the replacements either. Very suspicious. The company did issue a refund eventually. However, as the gifts were going with my son to relatives in Australia this left me without anything to send. I would be very wary of ordering from this company. They clearly cannot honour sales.

I highly recommend this company. Nothing is too much trouble and the delivery was super quick! I placed an online order late Wednesday evening and received the item on Friday. The item had been carefully packaged and I felt like my order had been valued by the company. Something which I’m must grateful for, as not a lot of businesses will do this for their customers.
