The service they provided was brilliant. The quality of the order of service for my mum was beautiful. They were friendly when contacted and really provided excellent customer service. They are professional and help you through the site if needed giving useful advice too. A really trouble free service especially during a sensitive and sad time.

I don’t usually write reviews but Richard at Bluwave made a difficult period in my life so much easier, once I gave him all of my information, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Richard is so well informed, when I didn’t know things he was able to advise me on sizes, poems & prayers, he was also very efficient, & it felt like I was dealing with a friend. The programs & picture I received where great, everyone loved them. I would 100% advise anyone to use this service as they are so dedicated.

Excellent service - just a small comment there was one spelling mistake which was on the proof copy [so my fault] just thought that if you proof read everything this may have been picked up :-)

I met with Richard to design an order of service. He offered a very professional service, listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen. I had the first proof within days and the finished product in less than a week. So pleased to have a beautiful keepsake. Highly recommend.

We did not want to use the funeral Home's Order of Service as they were not very interesting and did not represent our loved one.
I searched around on the internet until I found a company who had a range of designs that encompassed people of all nationalities and interests. I called and spoke with Eric, one of the owners and got a feel for the business. They were professional in approach as well as willing to go the extra mile. I did not want to have to incur costs by getting them to interact with the design, but fitting in what we wanted would have been impossible without Richard's help. He was very patient and worked late into the ight and early morning to get things done. Images were edited, text inserted additional pages added as required. We used the Bob Marley design and had it running all the way through.
Our family and friends loved the Order of service and it was the keepsake that we wanted, during this time of limited mourners and limited service time. We would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to use the Funeralstationary Bluwave ltd.

Given the nature of our request in our time of bereavement we found that Richard offered an extremely professional, understanding and polite service. Throughout the process of putting the funeral programme together we were constantly editing and changing pictures, text and layouts up until the last minute in such a short time frame before the funeral ceremony. We appreciated Richards patients, laughter and understanding to help the process feel less daunting. My Mums funeral order of service book was printed on quality paper and looked beautiful.
Collected within 2 days even in the midst of corona. Although not a concern (as would pay whatever the cost) very competively priced for the work they do. Would highly recommend and use again myself.
