I did not expect your company to advertise yourself on my fathers funeral cards. I did not feel it was appropriate. The quality of ink wasn't great either.

These people went above and beyond to ensure my dads funeral service was able to go ahead. They had sent the order but due to the Royal Mail strikes at the time, the couriers were also backlogged. Despite the despatch being next day the delay then from the courier was over a week later which was beyond the funeral date. After calling them they reprinted and then delivered them personally to ensure that we had the order of service well ahead of Christmas. I cannot recommend them enough and will use them should I unfortunately require too - they are truly amazing

Incredible service , empathetic and lovely! Needed order of service at short notice before pre Xmas closure which I didn’t see. Called and was assured they would be done and they were done the next day- ahead of expected time and were exactly what we wanted

Funeral Service Programmes
High quality of work produced. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and there is nothing that cannot be done.

Richard and Eric provided 2 types of programs one for the crematorium and one for the church. The quality of the programs were of the highest quality. The paper used for the programs and colour of print brilliant. People loved the programs and wanted to know where they were printed. For a small fee they were able to isolate the deceased from the photos I provided and put in the programs in a professional layout. As you can imagine this was a stressful time and I made a lot of phone calls making changes etc. They were always pleasant and even gave me advice on the layout.
I would definitely recommend them and will use them again. Also the cost is the cheapest I have come across. I received the programs on the dates advised.

Everything worked perfectly. Easy to use the setting up and building of the order of service over a few days. Prompt delivery and the finished product was great quality. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Template I used was quite good. Could not add all the text I wanted to first text box on the front page.
On the back page I could not remove a photo I had added or change the size of the photo box. I was able to add another photo box which I could size and place on top the template photo box.

I needed a next day service as the funeral was last minute. They printed them in a day and I collected the next morning. Brilliant!! The paper used was great quality the order of service looked beautiful. They even added a few extra for free. Would recommend to anyone. What an amazing experience I had with funeral stationary. I rang Eric in a panic on a Friday and on Tuesday I had my order of service printed and ready to go. He was so calm and accommodating and knowledgeable and helped us through the process.
I was left to do the order of service when the family member who was meant to do it pulled out and I had 3 days to get it done ... I was in a state as I had rang 6 printers and all said it wouldn't be possible. My partner came across the funeral stationary website and I rang to see if they vould help.. Eric answered and I explained the situation...he calmly told me it would be possible on his website to get them done and was a star as he came through and helped made my dad's send off go so well. We are very grateful to Eric and would highly recommend your firm to anyone. Thank you.
