Give my acccount

Firm is good , eules are clear and i made a payout of 920 dollars but they do not give my new account . I pay 131.7 usdt for 10k instant account but they say , they do not receive usdt but usdt get cut immediately from my wallet. No help from email support. I show all proof of txid, their address even i will share blockchain proof but they do not helping me from 1 week

Dear Support Team,
I received the "Sub 2 Minute Trade Removal" adjustment on account #160175. After reviewing the rules available on the dashboard and website, I could not find any rule stating that profits from trades closed in under 2 minutes would be removed from a funded account.
Since this rule was not clearly stated in the rules available to me, I respectfully dispute this adjustment and do not accept the removal of these profits.
Today is my payout day, and this issue is directly affecting my payout. I kindly request that you urgently review my account, reverse the profit removal, and process my payout as soon as possible.
If this rule does exist, please provide the exact link, section, or screenshot showing where it was stated in the official account rules applicable to my account at the time of trading.
I would appreciate an immediate response and resolution today.

( Felt so bad we invest our time nd trade there but you guys don't even mention the rule in the rule book no the ai supports knows this 2 mins rule when I had a chat with ai support ai is there ther is no such 2mins sub rule, my 315 usd was adjusted how come, the rule is not mentioned in the rule book but support team is keeping this as hidden rule what kind of shit is this, support team is so poor in resolving the problem, everything is good the platform is good rules are okay but at the time of payout hidden rule is applied such as 2min sub rule I want by 315usd back like I want it to add in my profits of while payout I even tried reaching out Mayank sir but I couldn't pls do the needful i hope is get a resolution for thiss, by adding 315 usd back to my account or add it while the payout

I am very disappointed with my recent…

I am very disappointed with my recent experience with The Funded Room.

I purchased an Instant Funding $5,000 account (Account ID: 126461) and traded according to the rules. I did not intentionally violate any trading rules or exceed the account limits.

Recently, my account suddenly disappeared from my dashboard without any warning or explanation. When I logged into my account, I could only see the option to purchase a new account, while my funded account was no longer available.

I have contacted support several times from my registered email address ( but I have not received a clear explanation regarding what happened to my account.

I respectfully request that The Funded Room investigate this issue, explain the reason for the account removal, and restore my account if this was a mistake or technical error.

I am ready to provide any additional verification, payment receipt, or account information required.

I hope this matter can be resolved fairly and professionally.
