Emily is the one emailing everyone everyday claiming that im a winner.
I cant believe they would go to such lenghts to leave a 4 star review on their own website. They need to shut their site down asap.

I had "won" a deal on their website that I could choose a selected amount of items (out of 160 some items) and it would be free. However, it's not free. They still charge you for shipping. Three months later, I finally got the 4 items I had ordered. I got 3 sticker sets and a poster. However, the poster is literally just yellow paper with the anime printed on the paper. It is not laminated whatsoever. The stickers also feel like paper, also not laminated. A lot of the stickers look like they have artists fanarts and other unofficial art printed on these small pieces of paper. So they're stealing other artists artwork and making money off of them. Some of the stickers quality is so bad and pixelated as well. I spent altogether maybe ~$30 USD for poorly made anime merchandise. And I waited months to even receive the items as well. Do not order from them as they're scammers in China just trying to scam people of their money and pretending to be somewhere in the United States selling merchandise.

Scammers supposedly running a business out of Michigan?, but ends up some 2 bit Chinese scammers just taking money then running out as long as they can before you can get a refund from anything. Do not trust this company at all

Have contacted the given email numerous times and have been told to "wait patiently". I've been waiting nearly 3 months now and have not received the purchased items. $15 stolen by them. I am raising the dispute with my bank, hopefully they will be more helpful than "Jessica Lubbins"

I wanted some posters from this store and I got two of them BOTH OF THEM WERE ON YELLOW PAPER PRINTED ON its not an actual laminated poster, very disappointing

They are scamers, don't buy from them. Giveaway free items scams.

Complete scammers. Paid for the secret box for four months @ $35 and got maybe $20, they claimed to have sent stuff from their shipper but never recieved. A completely terrible business.

I bought a replica of Edward's watch from Fullmetal Alchemist back in November of 2020 and never received it. I got an email from them telling me I had to reorder it because they sold out, then told me my package was lost. I've emailed them numerous times telling them I either want my money back or my package but they refuse to respond to me further. They are a scam, do NOT BUY FROM THEM! I just wish I had known sooner

im reading here after i received my order and WOW.dont believe the giveaway stuff,seems like everyone who enters an email address will always receive the "you won!" email.if you really want something just save the image of the product and reverse image search it,youll probably find a better deal somewhere else.i ordered stickers and a necklace and they did come so thats good i guess.although i found it weird how you were unable to track your items.still,dont trust this website.big fat scam.

I participated in an giveaway event I saw on Instagram and supposedly won, so I was asked to pick a few items from their website as my win. But since you had to pay about 9€ shipping, I was rather skeptical and decided not to claim my winnings. The giveaway was also for a limited time. Not soon after this time had run out, they send my another mail saying that they prolonged their event. Now I was even more skeptical, because I really don't believe that all of the winners wouldn't claim their wins. So I again did nothing in regards of that mail, and since then I am receveing weekly mail about their prolonged event, or a completely new event. So I assume that when you claim your winnings and pay the 9€ shipping, you will never receive anything. SO DON'T FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!!!

I thought I was getting a good poster but what I got was a piece of paper that was printed out using printer paper and it’s all cracked and they rolled it up so all bent as well

They scammed me I bought what seemed to be 3 mha figures for $34 but i only recived one ive been bugging them about this issue but they have not reply'd

My first order I made from them came in. But after months of waiting in fact I waited so long I forgot I had ordered anything at all. My next order came in parts I received 2 out of 4 items I had purchased and an extra item I did not. I figured I would wait a bit longer but after about another 2 weeks past I figured I'd continuously bug them about it. They in turn decided to tell me that maybe my post office was holding it or something along those lines. However my post office is very good about alerting you to a package. I then replied back asking them if the info they were looking at was telling them all my items have been delivered or just the two. Its going on 2 weeks with no reply. I'll be putting in another ticket to try and get this resolved but I think I'm out a few bucks. I don't recommend buying from them. Instead go to rightstufanime they have a lot of merchant and I've bought from them a few times and always received my orders.

Feeling scammed here... Contest winner my a** I paid $8.95 for shipping back on November 15th 2020. It's now May 4th and nothing but an email that said the package was delivered... Thanks Jessica... 😠 I call BS and realized the tracking # was not valid... WTH!

ALWAYS DO YOUR RESEARCH! I wish I had... Guess I'm the fool.

Their process is definitely unique and I can see how it works.
They have authentic makers of the items! What is great is that they are paying the people who are actually due the credit for the items.
I received all of my items within a month and even spoke with their customer service many times. They were super helpfule!

Hello, i found they’re free giveaway thing on facebook and so i entered without even researching about this website. i tried dropshipping myself with almost the exact same items and could tell that they were all from aliexpress but they were free so i decided to order something. but i didn’t think i would need to pay for shipping. after i ordered it i noticed that i was charged for shipping and immediately tried to cancel the order. but the same day the order was refunded an amount of money that was larger than my order was taken from my bank account from the same shop. i don’t know if this is normal or not but i don’t think this should’ve happens and i am very mad about it.

I found the pop up add on my Facebook was extremely excited when I saw I could get around 5 outa 100+ anime merchandise for free. But that was hella sketchy cause it was such a great deal for a lot of people so I went on a ton on review sites to see if they were legit and everyone was giving 1 star reviews and complaining how they didn't get their orders and no refunds. Amd then I saw a review on here by a person named Lilly and that she contacted someone by the name of Jessica lubbins and that she basically ghosted her after saying there r no refunds. And I looked at the email i got the person going by Emily lubbins. I don't know but that just really struck a cord in me of then being extremely shady. So they are definitely scammers. Please don't fall for this websites tricks. Please be safe out there. And honestly go read other people's reviews you'll find out more.

In October of 2020, I had initially won a giveaway via Facebook from a sponsored ad. I was very excited. I could buy anything I wanted, limited 5 items and covered a shipping of $7.95 PER item. They don't give you any active/updating tracking or an estimate of when your items will arrive. So I contacted support for a Jessica Lubins. She gave me an estimate of 30-60 days due to covid and being shipped from overseas. 90 days later, I still didn't receive my items. I contacted Jessica again, and she said my mail items were delivered when in fact they had not been. She even went on to accuse me of lying, and outright refused to respond to further emails and denied to give me a refund.

UPDATE 03.06.21! I found out there was another person behind the website called Emily Lubbins who claims to be Jessica's sister... but their last names are spelled different??? Anyway, it seems like a lot of people have the same problem and get the same response from the owner. I disputed this with my bank and got my money back. :)

Do not buy from this site, or fall for their "contests". I chose to receive a poster from them back in September of 2020. It is now February of 2021, and I still have not received the item. Seller tells me to check my local post office, or with my neighbors. Post office doesn't have it. Seller went ghost after asking for a refund, or a reshipment. The tracking number they provided cannot be tracked with services within the US. Package side it got to the US in October of 2020, but no city or address was listed.

Unfortunately, it took over 70 days for my items to arrive, one-at-a-time. They only gave me tracking numbers for two of my orders, so for the rest I had to wait on the thought that they would arrive. When emailing about how it had been over 45 days without receiving anything, I was told to be patient - alright, as long as they arrive I'm happy. Past 60 days without receiving anything, I'm ready to ask for a refund; I'm told I'll be contacted later. I'm lucky enough to have actually received all my ordered items, but 70 days after the initial order. While the smaller trinkets (keychain, bracelet, and necklace) were identical to what was advertised, the backpack was not. The only thing that resembled what was advertised, was the anime series' symbol, and even then the colours were off. I could have saved $90 CAD, by buying the logo as a patch and sew it onto a separately bought canvas backpack...
