If I could give this company 0 stars I…

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. It’s a shame really because 2 items out of 4 I ordered are lovely and I would have ordered more but two items were incomplete and faulty and they’ve told me they can’t help.

Never received purchase and company doesnt do much to help you

I made a purchase that was supposed to be my son's birthday present. The tracking of the local courier said it had been delivered on the 6th of Dec, but it wasn't. People were home and I never got a notification saying they were about to deliver(which is standard practice here in Portugal). After 3 weeks of hassling the local couriers because thefullcycling said I had to sort it out myself, the CTT (local courier) admitted they didn't know what happened to it. I forwarded their response to thefullcycling and their pathetic reply was basically, we are sorry and we can offer you a 50% discount on the next purchase and any other issues to please contact them. This was on the 26th of December. So obviously I replied and they never replied. I sent a 2nd email a few days later and still nothing.
On their website they don't have a phone number to reach them, there is no section to write reviews. I have never been so badly treated by a purchase. I did nothing wrong and I didn't get my own purchase or my money back. It wasn't an expensive buy, its not like they will lose much money! Ridiculous. Deeply disappointed, especially since my son was so excited to recieve this gift....
