This transaction wasn't straightforward, there were 2 issues, and both were handled brilliantly. The 1st was that there was enough of a particular fudge that I'd ordered, so I was called, and the situation was explained to me, I was given plenty of options, and was very happy with the result. The 2nd was that I slept in when the fudge arrived for delivery, so the driver took the fudge to a local shop, and I was notified of this electronically. When I awoke, I saw that I had a notification when I looked at my phone, and popped along to the local shop and picked up my fudge. Some delivery drivers, might have returned what they were delivering, meaning redelivery would have to be arranged, so I am very happy that I was able to just go to a local shop to pick up the fudge.
But what of the fudge itself? It is incredibly tasty, and a fine quality fudge indeed. I think it may be a little under priced, as I'm sure The Fudge Hut could get away with charging more per 100g, but I hope they don't feel the need to on my account. The P&P costs were also very reasonable for the weight of the fudge that I'd ordered. I won't be ordering again for a while, as I ordered far too much, if there can be far too much? But I will be ordering from them again once I've made my way through what I currently have.

The person I gifted this to absolutely loved it. The flavours were incredible and the fact I got to choose was great. They’re an assortment of colours so look really pretty in the jar and smell amazing. Would highly recommend.

I bought several different bags to make a hamper up for a birthday present, The delivery was quite swift, Not sure what size to buy, I bought 300grm bags, a good size, Though I found the chunks to be a bit on the large size, I thought they would be smaller. I did buy the Clotted Cream for myself. To be totally honest I was a bit disappointed with the flavour, It was quite bland, and a bit of a greasy texture in the mouth, not unpleasant, but I thought it would be more of a creamy flavour, The other flavours I can not comment on, as they are for a gift.

Fast delivery! but my delivery man put it in bin (luckily it wasn't bin day), they didn't follow drop off instructions.

I'm disabled & housebound so totally rely on online shopping, And whilst the website was easy to navigate & ordering was easy, I did think it was quite expensive but being a BIG Salted Caramel fudge lover I was looking forward to receiving my Massive tub of fudge.
The delivery was quick & I was kept up to date with delivery details by emaiĺ which was great but when the parcel arrived the delivery firm obviously hadn't taken much care of my parcel as the cardboard box was dented, squashed & ripped in MANY places & looked a right state.
I've tried many new fudges recently from supermarket 1s to small handmade fudge businesses & artisan shops. Sadly this fudge from The Fudge Hut was VERY Dissapointing.
It did not taste like salted caramel at all & instead of a nice crumbly melt in your mouth experience this was SO Rock hard that i actually snapped a tooth on it!.
I didn't want to waste soooooo much money so i have now tried 3 chunks but each 1 is the same, Not a pleasant taste (a bit soap like in flaavour) & totally rock hard & sadly this means i won't be eating anymore & it's been an expensive mistake for me.
