The brand positions itself as premium...

The brand positions itself as premium, but my experience was the opposite. There is no transparency on where the product is shipped (Bogota) from, and additional import fees were applied upon delivery to Portugal (EU) — something never mentioned at purchase.
On top of that, the order shows as “delivered,” yet I am still waiting for it more than a month later.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. Lack of clarity, hidden costs, and delays — I would recommend staying away.

Impressive quality

Impressive quality. My speed wallet is now 4 years old and the leather looks and feels better than ever. Stitching is very solid and I have no complaints. Would definitely recommend.

Wrong design of the shoes

Wrong design of the shoes, size mismatch and they won't send me the correct size stating that the shoe fits two sizes which they don't, also bad customer service.

Absolutely love these products

The backpack and sling are the best I’ve ever had. They are practical, stylish, and super comfortable to use. But the real standout is the 3-in-1 mini sling, which is truly unique and incredible! It’s so versatile and perfect for any occasion. I highly recommend it!

If your item gets held up at customs, it will be your responsibility to resolve the issue. Just buy somewhere else!

Ordered a wallet + case from their website. It was supposed to ship in November but later stated material issue which is fine, however each time I try and get in contact with them via WhatsApp web I see they are online but they don’t wish to respond to me.

Don’t bother ordering from them, I can understand delays but the lack of communication is what bothers me the most.

Dreadful

Dreadful. I ordered a wallet, it’s now 2 months later and they tell me it won’t be ready for 6 more months. Customer service has strung me along and mislead me about production and shipping times. This is a scam.

Their sizes shown for their jeans and…

Their sizes shown for their jeans and tshirts are off. They guarantee satisfaction but when you ask to return an unused brand new product with wrong size they don’t honor the guarantee.
Don’t risk it. They are not responsive and it feels like a scam.

The Best Wallet. AWESOME Customer Service!

Had the Carbon Speed wallet for over two years now. It has travelled the world with me and I have to say, it’s a great wallet! By far the best I have used or seen.

I found the pull up strap damaged last week. So I couldn’t use it properly. I contacted the support team via WhatsApp and they informed me of my 5 year warranty, they shipped me a new one for free! Arrived a few days later.

Fast shipping, amazing customer service and a fantastic wallet!

Unprofessional company

They sent me a different version of a wallet, when I asked for a return they offered me 30 percent off for a new additional wallet, which I agreed to buy for my brother. However, when the product is delivered, I had to pay an extra £19 for import duties, even though the company claims to pay for it. Additionally, the price on the receipt is not the same as what you pay. The only one positive is their colloboration with DHL. Overall, it is an unprofessional and company and looks a scam.
I would not recommend it from experience.
