Verschickt Spammails und erteilt keine Auskunft nach DSGVO

Wurde mit Newslettern von dieser Firma beglückt, ohne mich je angemeldet zu haben. Zu einem regelmäßigen Newsletter zwangsangemeldet zu werden ist nicht dasselbe, wie einmalig zwecks eines Angebots kontaktiert zu werden.

Auf Auskunftsersuchen mit Fristsetzung wurde nur reagiert mit, sinngemäß: "Das tut uns leid, wenn wir Sie ohne Einwilligung kontaktiert haben, wir löschen Ihre Daten."
