I have been a customer for years and from the quality of the product to the customer service I have had nothing but a good experience

I didn’t have any real issues , I’ve been eyeing the Bubbler Ultimate for about a month now and when I went to buy it was out of stock so I contacted about a custom order for it and possibly a better discount and was not disappointed at all :)
My best friend has this piece and I love it so I was planning to get one for myself and customer service was great at helping me create custom order and even gave me a slightly better discount for the item

I have to admit got a small one best an coolest hits I've ever had it's so cool you don't even know how much smoke your taken in. Love it an recommend it fir sure.

Great sturdy products are easy to use and way smoother than every other pipe I've ever owned. Prices are a little steep but the products and experience make it worth the value especially on sale!! Second to none customer service certainly helps as well! Ty cheech for your help!

AWFUL customer service! Truly the WORST. Delivered an order after I clearly cancelled before shipping. They will NOT provide a simole return for refund. These people are SCAM artists!
Refuse to allow to speak with a supervisor and have now blocked me on social media. Awful product / AWFUL service. DO NOT BUY-

Loved the product but the customer service is lacking. I tried four different times on four different days to talk to customer service with no success. PICK UP THE PHONE or take that option off the website. I ended up spending less money because of a lack of input from Freeze Pipe.

I bought the becker bong for to use with my vaporizer It work good for that purpose Hits are cold and smooth The only I noticed did that the flavor isnt as good when the pipe is very cold But if you let it sit for a few minutes the flavor gets better Overall this is a good bong

This is the second time I've had to purchase a new glycerin coil. Both of the previous ones had hairline fractures along the top and all the glycerin leaked out. The first was replaced by Freeze Pipe, now I have to purchase a new one. Since they both cracked in the same place, seems like a defective product...

YOU CAN'T CLEAN THESE!!! AVOID THESE PRODUCTS. Once you get a small item lodged in the tube, it becomes an expensive piece of trash, because you literally can't use it. I have asked them to send me a full refund, and we will see. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PRODUCTS.

On my first order of the mini dab rig was great the shipping was great and fast packaging was great the mail person throw the box on our porch all we could think was peices in box but it was fine easy to use and my wife coughs less ,

Received products one of them was missing items. It’s a Christmas gift and customer service will not respond. They ask for emails. They don’t respond except for automated response. I’ve set up multiple schedule callbacks. I’ve never received a call back and they never pick up the phone.

I was frustrated that I responded to an offer for a cyber Monday discount that was extended one day. I was charged the full price and I’ve asked the company to contact me. I hope this can get resolved and I can leave a more positive review. Thank you

Can't track package and bad late. It's a Scam I'm guessing don't purchase this item. BEWARE
