Some of my friends are very tricky to buy gifts for(!) but The Forest and Co have so many of the answers! Their website is a veritable Aladdin’s Cave of beautifully crafted and brilliant gift ideas!
I’m absolutely delighted with the personalised natural and jute extra large beach bag I have just purchased and can’t wait to see my friend’s reaction when she receives it as a holiday gift!
The exceptional service I received, including outstanding communication and fast delivery, were the icing on the cake.

Faulty item, no replacement or refund, AVOID!
Sent a faulty glass 2 months ago. Have called and spoken to Elaine at least 6 times, each time being fobbed off saying they’re now out of stock or she’ll send a replacement that week. During the final call she said she’d send a refund, this also never happened. I wish I never bought a gift from this company, waste of money and shocking customer service. Fraudulently taking people’s money and not sending items. Will be contacting Trading Standards as it’s clear this is happening all the time and it’s just a scam company. NotontheHighstreet.com not sure why you are allowing a shop front for this company?!

Beautiful Bee Scarf from The Forest & Co. Once again cannot fault both the Scarf and Service from Elaine. My friend looks forward every birthday to yet another scarf to add to her collection she was very pleased with little bag with her initial on.
personalised bee hotel never arrived
I ordered a personalised bee hotel on the 17th May, and it never arrived. No tracking information, no response to multiple emails and calls. I had purchased 2 previously over the last 2 years as they are beautiful gifts, and such high quality, I never thought there would be a problem. I had to go via my back for the refund. Still no response, such a shame as I loved their products and a shame I won’t use again.

Purchased a personalised bee hotel planter from this company, which I never received. Despite trying to contact them via emails and instagram, I have still never heard back from them. I had to go through my bank to get the money back. Don’t waste your time with this company!!! Wish I had read the other similar reviews before purchasing.
Awful service, faulty product, no response to communications
I am fed-up trying to contact this seller to resolve problems with an order I made for a £50 string of lights.
First of all, it took over six weeks to receive the product, despite the fact that it was still showing as in stock and available to purchase. Elaine fobbed me off with promise after promise to deliver. When the order didn’t arrive, I had to go through the whole tortuous process of trying to contact her again. This is despite the fact that I paid for expedited next day delivery.
I did eventually receive the item. Elaine had promised to refund my special delivery fee but has not. The time has an intermittent fault. I have written and called numerous times to try and resolve this -all to no avail. The company is simply ignoring my emails.
I am now going to have to try to claim via PayPal.
Please take my advice and avoid this shop.

I just wrote and mentioned that the flowers had fallen off some candles I had bought. The response I received was beyond my expectations, as I was offered a refund or the candles replaced. As this was a special birthday gift for my friend we accepted the replacement of the candles which arrived and were just beautiful. Such a lovely gesture from this company. Thank you very much. I will take great pleasure in recommending your company to my family and friends.

My partner ordered a lampshade from this scam company on 13th April via Not On the High Street. After weeks of being fobbed off my the seller claiming the product was being restocked, we received an email to say the item had been shipped but with no tracking information and no delivery. My partner then called the shop and the woman who answered claimed she was resending the item the same day. That was 29th May and still we have received no item, no tracking and she now doesn’t answer the phone. This shop is evidently a scam and I have no idea why Not On the High Street is allowing customers to order from an obviously fraudulent seller. Do yourself a favour and do not buy a single thing from

I ordered a mirror
I ordered a mirror, at £167, three weeks later it hadn’t come, I phoned and the woman said it would be delivered the following Monday. I waited in all day, it didn’t come. I phoned several times sometimes getting through, sometimes not. Emails weren’t responded to, and promised call backs never came. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund, this was promised but never happened, I had to claim back through PayPal. Dreadful service.

As with other scam companies, they have undoubtedly paid people for positive reviews. If it was the case they were a real company, no one would be posting that they haven’t received their order, but I see here that it happens all the time and innocent people lose their money. Just for the record, I’m not rich - they have taken my money - and now my children and I have to go without, just so they could steal and make a quick buck. I predict the next thing that will happen is someone from the company (no, they aren’t, they’re just paid to check the social media) will message here that they need my order number to check into this. They have that. PLEASE DON’T FALL FOR THAT NONSENSE! These are criminals who set up a website and stole people’s money. To the company - don’t even bother with your pointless messages on here to string people along and ask me for order numbers or other nonsense. We’re on to you. You are despicable - taking other people’s money when none of us have enough to stay afloat. As a person who buys things online, the vast number of my experiences with companies are positive. I placed an order on the 26th February, many phone calls ( out of 6 calls - one answered) and an email later, not responded to, I don't have what I ordered. I'm resigned to losing the money.

Received mirror ordered from this company, light oak instead of dark oak, tried contacting through email because has no contact number and got no response even said i would re-stain it myself if they sent the correct wood stain, got nothing back, few weeks later when the weather warmed up start getting clicking noise, 2 day's later and some wood dust on floor a big long horn beatle drops on the floor, again tried to contact this company to let them know there wood has these beatles living in it, guess what no poxy answer, stay clear of this poor customer service and product supplying company 👎
