I loved the packaging and can’t wait to try all of the fragrance! The only reason I gave 4/5 is because my box didn’t have Darjeeling Delight in it. I got some new fragrances though so all is nice! :)

Amazing!!
We met Sophie at our local market and purchased a few candles and wax melts, and I’m totally blown away! Not only is Sophie a lovely person, but her products smell lovely, the only candles I will be purchasing are from here! The products are such high quality and you can tell the amount of love and care which has gone into them. They are cheaper than the likes of Jo Malone but similar quality, and it’s great to support a local small business. Thank you!

A brilliant product.
We came across this company at the BBC Gardener’s World Live exhibition in June this year. We bought Darjeeling Delights there and it’s so good we ordered more online. The products are really easy to order. They’re expensive but one cube lasts ages and they’re so potent you really do get great value for money. The Scents are incredible as well so really worthwhile ordering from them.

Beautiful fragrances and packaging, which is all recyclable as far as I can see. After an error with my order I received quick attention and it was all rectified very quickly. Highly recommend. Sophie was a pleasure to communicate with.

Sophie who runs The Flora Lab is so lovely and you can tell the care she puts into everything she does. As soon as we've lit one of the candles or started to burn a wax melt, our whole house is filled with the smell and we've been complimented on them lots too! The products also make for great gifts for others. The sustainability side of the business is at the heart of everything they do and to still look as pretty, smell as incredible and have the best customer service is just the full package. slow delivery
Order place on 1st February. On 5th I was notified that one card wasn't available but it took until 11th for the other 2 to be delivered. That is far too slow as I needed the cards for birthdays during that period.
