Zero Stars…products not as description nor matching picture advertisement. Pictures claiming to cover full size of bed but barely cover as a throw blanket. Claiming 9 layers but is extremely thin and cheap quality. Customer service unresponsive. Waste of money. Do not purchase anything from them

Why did I not read the reviews first!!! Avoid these scammers. Never received an order & zero comms.

The blanklets I received didn’t even cover the top of the twin bed. The material was ridiculously thin, instead of the 9 layer thickness.
They’ve asked me to return it to Germany…the return address on the package was CA. Postage to Germany will be close to the price of my order! NOT happy.

So they advertise under different names fleece blanket. Com, fleece company...order took a few weeks and arrived in a grey plastic bag taped up do much if had to be cut. The top was nothing like described anx even had a Chinese label in it. They want youbyo pay to srnx bsvk to them in Germany tracked and yoj lose another 30% if you dont use original packing...what a scam...

Very cheap quality. The throws I received also had pulled threading in several different places. I would not buy from this company again. I emailed company to get a refund, so far they have been trying to offer to send me a replacement and they have not offered a refund. I did send them photos but still no offer for a refund. Very disappointed.

First, the fleece company and the fleece blanket company are the same people. Ordered full size muslin blankets. Listed product measurements (this was my fault) are about half the size of actual full size blankets. The blankets I received were smaller than even the listed size. They snagged badly, even when new.
The company responded-and told me to stretch the blankets more. The sewn edges don't stretch, and pulling on the center of the blanket doesn't make the actual measurements bigger.
Also, blankets sold as full size (85*90inches) that are less than 40*50 inches is fraudulent advertising. Please refund my money or replace with the correct size blankets
Their subsequent e mail response was to offer 20% back or I can return the blankets if I meet their criteria. Not sure what that is, but I'll pass it along when I find out.
Their criteria is that the blankets be returned in their original packaging and be sent to Germany at my cost ($68). I wasn't willing to lose another $68 on top of the $136 I already lost with them. Expensive lesson.

Same thing. Ordered 2different sets of lounge wear. Poor quality not a 100% guarantee. I got fleeced! I usually order from outstanding companies. Do not order from this company!!!! Horrible response & very poor quality workmanship.

NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE, TOTAL SCAM. I contacted my credit card and am disputing the charges. I would encourage everyone to do the same. If you used your debit card have your bank help you dispute the charges. This business should be closed down as a SCAM

I would give zero stars if possible. Avoid this scam company at all costs. I could kick myself for not reading the reviews before ordering. Needless to say all the items I received were absolute rubbish! Contacted the company to initiate return. Then discovered the returns address was in Germany despite the website saying uk shipping. I duly followed the returns process and paid a large amount of money to post to Germany. Today I have discovered that the company have refused to accept my return and it is being returned to me. I paid on credit card so next step is to start a chargeback in an attempt to recoup my money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Total scam. Was really off my game when I ordered the fleece sweater. It took forever to arrive and when it did it looked absolutely NOTHING like the advertised photo. They falsely claimed 💯 satisfaction guarantee and easy return. Untruth and totally the opposite. You have to email and you are then given the choice of a 20% refund or shipping to Germany at your own expense which would cost more than what I paid to begin with. I took the 20% off and ended up with an $8 refund was all.
TOTAL SCAM. I feel embarrassed as I usually am good at doing due diligence on these things.

I gave this company 1 star only because the customer service was bearable! This company’s quality of the blankets is horrible and the sizing is all wrong. I didn’t know they came from china either, then when I wanted to return and get a refund they had to be sent to Germany with a high shipping fee. This is an expensive lesson costing $110.00. This is so wrong!!!!

Its been said before - over a month for delivery and the blanket was not as advertised. It was thin / flimsy and the dimensions of a throw, not a queen-sized blanket. Particularly disappointing for the price and the wait.

The products I ordered are cheaply made, from China, took over 2 weeks to ship, and difficult and costly to return. You have to dig deep to find that returns have to be sent to Germany at the buyers expense. I do not recommend this company.

I purchased a pair of pyjamas which I was really happy with. They did take ages to arrive but the cotton muslin fabric was lovely and soft and just what I wanted.
So I ordered two more pairs - same size - one exactly the same and one in the same size but a different pattern.
More than three weeks passed and I started to wonder where they were coming from. The company is registered in Europe but I became a little suspicious so I checked Ali Express. Sure enough, the pyjamas were there for 1/3 price. There was not much I could do so I thought 'you win some, you lose some' but I did send an email asking where my order was. It arrived later that day.
I opened the parcel and thought that the pyjamas looked a lot smaller than the original pair. I tried on the top of one pair. I measured it against the original pair and it was 8inches less around the chest. That's a lot!
I wrote and explained, very politely, that the new pyjamas were not the same size as the originals, though both had the same labels, and they were too small for me.
I was offered a 20% refund! I did not want £13.60 and two pairs of useless pyjamas. Once again sent a polite email. I was then offered a 40% refund.
In yet another email I said that what I wanted was a prepaid return label and a full refund.
I was told that this was not possible and to read the return policy.
I said that I had read this and, had I had buyer remorse (sic) I would have accepted responsibility and paid for the return, but the problem was due to inconsistent sizing and was not my responsibility.
Emails went back and forth and eventually I gave up, contacted Paypal and raised a complaint.
Immediately I received an email with profuse apologies and the promise of a full refund if I stopped the Paypal complaint process.
They also offered me a 'replacement' with a choice of two other completely different styles of pyjamas.
I asked Paypal what would happen if I cancelled the complaint and the company then failed to honour their offer. I was advised that once I stopped the complaint, I could no longer raise the issue once more with the same purchase if they failed to come through with the refund. I no longer trusted them at all so I decided to leave it with Paypal.
Having considered the complaint, Paypal refunded me in total today.
I have received an email from the company saying that they have refunded me - that they are sorry and that they should have given me a better service. Paypal made the refund - not them - but they should indeed have given me a better service.
A second email said 'I’d really like your final impression of us to reflect the care we’re trying to provide'. You really could not make it up.
So - my final impression is accurately described here. The company is shocking, dishonest, not at all what it claims to be. The website looks good. The company is registered in Europe. The wording is good - apart from a few clues that you'd miss unless you had a problem. Customer remorse is a bit of a clue.
Just do not trust them.
Go direct to Ali Express - you might as well!

They did give me a laugh though. One of the pairs of pyjamas offered as an alternative had shorts! I'm 70 years old and it is November.

Waited 3 weeks and pajamas never arrived. This company is a scam they probably changed their website name from this to thefleececompany to hide their bad reviews.

The items come from china and the tracking never moves. I doubt this is a "uk based company"

They are not honest. Their 100% cotton blankets are nothing but 100% POLYESTER.

Fleece is right…what a scam…I should have known better. Absolute trash quality - might as well bin it straight away. And so tiny. Do NOT BUY from this company.

Absolutely a scam in every sense of the word. As others have stated exceedingly long delivery time & once it arrived it was in an overstuffed ripped plastic bag bursting at the seams (essentially the tape was the only thing keeping it together). I ordered three Queen blankets-what I received wouldn’t cover a toddler bed. Returning to Germany or Switzerland costs more than the “potential” refund itself. Kicking myself for not reading ALL these horrific reviews before I purchased. Please, learn from my mistakes and steer clear of this ridiculous company.

1 star is a little too much.. . 0.5 star probably suited.
The order took weeks to arrive.
The wrong size was shipped - ordered a Queen, got a single.
They want ME to pay the return postage for THEIR ERROR.
Having looked further, there are many many comments on the internet saying the same thing. Small sizes or wrong sizes. Long lead times. Terrible service.
This is when the providers of the social media where they are paying for advertising should read the reviews and stop them scamming everyone.
Mine two blankets are now going to be given to the local vet for their animals who may enjoy.

I ordered pyjamas which took 2 weeks to arrive. The website gives the impression they are dispatched from GB within 2-3 days. On arrival I notice that there are no labels in either the top or bottom of the pyjamas. Is it not a legal requirement for clothing to be labelled with regard to care instructions, composition of fabric, where they are manufactured etc? I intended to return them due to this but then it becomes apparent that you have to return them to Germany!!
