Problem with €50 discount code

In response to reply: Issue of code not working was not sorted in 1 day. It was prompt (2 days later), but by this stage I had received a positive pregnancy result. When I told you circumstances had changed, I had to chase up a reply a week later. The code could not be applied unless I exceeded €50 forcing me to buy 2 products which then cost far more than €50. Shipping couldn't be included in the €50 voucher so I had to pay additional for this. I am entitled to my opinion and I would not recommend this service/use it again based on my experience.

Original Review:
Problem with €50 discount code (given after spending €50 on product advice) - wouldn't refund money spent when error occured. When problem was fixed, had to spend the €50 when many items were priced 49.99, for example. This more or less forced me to buy another product. Wouldn't recommed/use again.

As I'm sure you can recall, we actually willingly designed a second plan for you, free of charge, when you reached out to us to tell us that your circumstances changed.. With the two supplement plan that we designed for you, there is a time commitment and cost involved on our side to analyse your intake form and determine the optimal supplements for you. As a result, we cannot offer a refund once the plan has been created and sent, as per the terms on our website. I do understand that there was a small error with your code initially, but this was very rectified promptly, within 24 hours. As discussed, you can use the code on our website for any supplements for up to the next 2 years. As you can see on our website, there are several products priced less than €50 which you can avail of. Thank you and best wishes

Hi Michelle I just wanted to say thank you so much for all of your advice. My husband got his semen analysis results and his progressive motility went from 26% to 41% and total motility went from 31% to 48% in three months! When I asked my doctor if he could improve his original results by changing his diet and lifestyle she said straight out 'no'. I knew you had said you could, so he worked with your Nutritionist, Celine for 1-1 coaching. Celine gave him great advice about lifestyle, nutrition and supplements. This has given us so much hope, finally. Thanks so much for all you do! Hopefully we'll get more good news soon. 🙏

Highly recommend

Fantastic service. Speedy delivery. Great communication when I had a query. Would definitely recommend. Super information/advice on social media. Support this small Irish business rather than buying your supplements from a big pharmacy chain.
