FRAUD

This company signed me up for a 29.99/month subscription to their website once I purchased something from them. I didn't realize they did till three months later. They refused to reimburse me the charges. Absolutley unacceptable and fraudulent behavior.

This site is a scam

This site is a scam. The shoes will never arrive to your house. And they charge a 29.99 fee to your account on a monthly basis. Of which you never signed for. They have this fake representative named Sarah veiga who is just scamming you. Avoid this site. I wish I could give them a ZERO. It has been a nightmare.

This company is an abslute SCAM

This company is an abslute SCAM! Do not order from them! It's been over a month and I haven't received the product, and just got charged $30 for a "VIP membership" I never signed up for. The so-called customer service refused to refund the membership and sent a fake tracking for the shoes insisting they're still on their way. I've just disputed the charges with my CC company, but beware of this scam!!!

The website looks legit, but the whole thing is complete fraud - including their 5 stars on Trustpilot, which you can clearly see for yourself is a blatant lie.

They sent knock-off shoes with an…

They sent knock-off shoes with an imitation label which looked nothing like the actual photo and then refused to process a return after I sent photos. The return policy says they offer returns if you are dissatisfied for any reason and when I sent the photos telling them the quality is inconsistent with the photos, they said they disagreed.

Fake Adidas

They are clearly selling counterfeit Adidas. The product I received was made of cheap materials, had a faulty seam, and each shoe did not have its own serial number (as authentic Adidas do). The QR code on the label led to a completely different shoe. Authorized Adidas retailers do not sell the products on their site. On top of that, shipping took three times as long as the website states, and they refused a full refund despite numerous claims on their website that they give "hassle-free" refunds for unused product within 30 days. They gave me the run around, repeatedly contradicting what their website says.
