FASHION STATION IS A SCAM
The website is a scam. I ordered suits for approximately 7k on 10th February. It’s been 5-6 months since then. They have not responded to my mails, my texts, DM’s or calls. I even went to their “so called manufacturing unit/factory” in noida but that was a scam as well. The location that is mentioned on the website does not exist. There is a different factory there that does not belong to fashion station.
They have also removed my order summary. It shows no orders now. I demand to be given a refund or else I will take very strict legal actions against them.

Where did it go then?! Just vanished into space!!! They loot money..respond only here where people see..not to our personal messages!! I paid ₹xyz via UPI on 25 May 2026 for an order from The Fashion Station. The order was marked as cancelled on 26 May 2026, but I have not received my refund.
I have made multiple attempts to contact the company through emails, calls, messages, and social media, but have not received a response.
I also posted queries on the company’s social media/wholesale page seeking an update regarding my refund. My comments were subsequently removed, and I was unable to continue contacting them through that platform.
While trying to obtain assistance, I noticed other users posting concerns regarding refunds and order-related issues. I cannot verify their individual experiences, but it increased my concern regarding the lack of communication.
I request a response from the company and a refund of my amount at the earliest.

Big time fraudsters, They should be banned forever
I have two orders placed with Fashio Station. 1094974 in Feb. 2026 which was supposed to arrive by the end of March 2026. I have no update till now.
2nd order No. 1108880 which is paid, yet I got no email confirmation, and the status says "ON HOLD".
I made several calls to customer care since last many days but could not get through. WhatsApp messages are also not getting any response.
These people have been unresponsive in the past two years, but few months back, they contacted me and refunded the money in the website wallet.
Then I placed these two orders, and I was idiot enough to trust them with pre-paid order again. Now the same problem is occurring, no response to email, no response to WhatsApp, customer care never gets through, and no updates at all. Even they did not send email confirmation of the 2nd order.
EDIT
I sent a message on their wholesale tean number also, which was viewed, going by the blue ticks. I requested them to help me out, but there's no response. Shows that these people are doing this fraud on purpose.
Edit 2 (4th Aug. 2026) : Even after giving this reply, there is no contact from them, and now even automated replies on WhatsApp have stopped.
