Buyers beware - you won't always get what you ordered, and don't expect any help if that happens. Terrible!!
Buyers beware, you may not always get what you ordered, and when you don't, I wouldn't expect any help in resolving the issue. I have spent a month trying to reach them because a leaf pouch I ordered in green came in orange, and without any colour trim on the top leaf....I have sent very simple emails with photos kindly asking for some help, and have yet to receive a single reply. Look, if you don't want to or can't help me, at least say so. Be honest, but as a business, no reply at all is just terrible, even if you have a busy personal life. (I have my own business, I do understand!)
However, it's a basic business issue, simple exchange, or even a discount to buy another one with the promise that it will come in the correct colour. Any reply at all would have been better than this. My own customers would never stand for this, I don't know why I should.
