EPC Man - Bolton - Matt Fay
I rang Matt to see if he could complete an EPC for my property after he came recommended from NRLA and had good reviews. I had contacted other EPC engineers with a poor response to messages and phone calls.
Matt gave me an appointment the very next day, attended on time and sent me the EPC very quickly after invoice had been paid.
I would definitely recommend Matt Fay for his speedy services and friendliness. He made a stressful task, easy for me!

An excellent, speedy and efficient service!
We needed a quick EPC completing to finalise the sale of our commercial property. Matt was happy to help and we couldn't have been more grateful! John Blackhurst - EPC man for Romford property.
Contacted John Blackhurst, who is the local EPC man for Romford. He provided clear instructions for his visit of my 3 bed property during the pandemic restrictions.
When John arrived, he was explaining everything he was doing and also the process of how the EPC is managed and calculated.
The inspection, including measuring the whole property took no more than 25 minutes
Very thorough, very informative, and I received the EPC via email within 12 hours.
Really, a first class service.
Will use again for any other of my rented properties.
