I wanted to address the concerns you raised regarding the one-star rating attributed to the cost of postage. I completely understand your frustration, and it's regrettable that this aspect impacted your overall experience.
It's important to note that the postal charges are determined by An Post, and unfortunately, as an independent business we have no control over these rates. We've been consistently charged €5.95 for postage, and despite any increases imposed by An Post, we have made the decision not to pass those costs on to our customers. Additionally, to provide more value to our customers, we offer free shipping on orders over €60 nationwide.
It's disheartening when factors beyond our control result in you giving us a lower rating as it negatively impacts our Trustpilot score and, consequently, our small Irish family run business. Unfortunately your 1 star review will have a legacy negative impact which is very unfortunate as postage prices are completely out of our control.
