I ordered my liquid on 2nd July expected delivery 4th july. Emailed on emailed on 7th July to chase delivery when no rely. Not impressed with the service. And still no fluid and £ 20 out of pocket.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered nic salts for the first time, paid for the 3-5 day delivery. Its been over a week and radio silence from their end. I sent emails and DMed their instagram because they dont have a contact number, to which I got a single reply that the item is out of stock and they're "sorry". That's it, didnt give me a time frame of when they'll send the stuff. And then went silent again. I'm trying to get a refund now but even then all I'm doing is waiting for them to reply. Crazy how they're doing business lol

Paid for next day delivery and ordered before 1pm only to have a an email at 7pm come in that I need to verify my age before they can send! Why wasn’t this part of the payment process? I even paid by credit card. Pointless next day charge now. Not very well thought through.
