No communication from company after order. Had to request Paypal refund.

I ordered some ear plugs using their online checkout using Paypal. I never received a single communication from theeardefender, just a paypal receipt. After wasting time waiting I had to go through the process of requesting a refund through paypal. I don't understand what they are about. No communication at all from theeardefender.com even after emailing them to chase it up. A total waste of time.
