Horrible experience with this company that I am still battling to this day. Been dealing with them for 2 months now still chasing my domain. They are refusing to transfer the domain. I have kindly asked that if they dont want to transfer it, it's fine, just delete my information on the poor website they created. Refuse to do either. Take long time to get an answer back. When I call they say sorry that person is not available at the moment. When I email takes them weeks to answer back. At first they tried to say they dont have access to the domain as they transferred it so I had to chase where the domain was through cloudnext and nominet and both have said the same thing, the company (the directory guys) still have the domain registered get them to ring us and we can help them transfer it. They refuse to ring the companies claiming it's impossible to get ahold of them but I never had any issues getting ahold of them. Excuses that keep me running in circles. This company is an absolute joke and would highly advise anyone to stay away from them. Charged me even after I cancelled my subscription. Promised me a 30 day money back guarantee which they deny ever saying. I can keep going on and on about the bad business practice this company has bit I think I have made my point. Stay away or forever regret your decision of signing up with them.

After initially posting this review they were quick to respond to me and sort out my situation. They have transferred the domain finally and refunded some of the money back but not all. Carl who dealt with the matter was good and efficient with getting it done. Unfortunately the damage has been done to my company which can't be repaired. I was going to give 3 stars if a full refund was given back but have decided for 2 stars as it wasn't a full refund. Also was only refunded partly for the website and not the extra month subscription. Just happy to be done with it. Weight lifted off my shoulders for sure.

Chantelle gave me a call after hours, which I really appreciated and showed how dedicated she was to helping me. She was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all my questions about improving my business, increasing my online visibility and getting better results online. Everything was explained clearly and she was genuinely willing to help.

I also spoke with Nivan today, who was equally helpful. He went through everything quickly and efficiently and got me set up with REVU. He helped me connect my Facebook page for reviews and explained how everything works alongside my Google Business page. The whole process was straightforward and everything was explained really well.

Great service from all of them. I’m very happy with how things are going so far and look forward to continuing to work with the team and hopefully seeing my reviews, ratings and overall online visibility continue to grow.
