The Dental School  

Paid thousands of pounds to this company for training for my daughter that was non- existant. The dental practise she was working at complained about the practises of The Dental School. The owner of The Dental School was aggressive, didnt speak the truth and bullied my daughter whilst trying to convince the practise it was all her fault because she was "lazy"according to him, (he never met anyone involved btw), and it was "nothing to do with his training program!" Thank goodness, the practise defended her to the hilt so he then tried to blame the dental practise itself for the shortcomings and lack of training. I spoke to the owner of The Dental School ltd myselfp, to try to reason it all out. I can still remember the conversation because having been a business manager for 35 years myself, i had never engaged in such an aggressive, condascending, and quite frankly untruthful conversation in all my years! The tactics used by the owner, together with non existing training caused great distress to my daughter to the point that she left the apprenticeship, never to return to dentistry. The way the contract was written, even though she left, we still had to pay the balance of £1000 to The Dental School Ltd with absolutely no return whatsoever for the money spent. The memories of our experience of this business and the dreadful man himself, still linger to this day. We've all paid the price so do your homework and check this individual out before enrolling in any such training in the future.

Honestly the worst training experience I've had. Communication was horrific from the start and next to no guidance. The owner Martin Brimblecombe was incredibly arrogant and caught out lying on a occassions, avoid anywhere he works. Tutors didn't seem to know any better, barely classed as educators. Now having to pay out again for a specialist course, nearly a year wasted!

Scam. They just take ur money, not legit

My first visit to The Dental Accadamy Bangor was a great experiance, I was a little nervous but found the reception staff helpful and kind. I began studying with them a few months ago, but my experience with them has been extremely unpleasant from the start. The owner of the company, Martin, treats the students terribly. He displays a high level of arrogance, and when I requested a refund, he stopped responding to my emails altogether. His behavior is truly deplorable and reflects poorly on his character.

The company abruptly stopped trading or liquidated midway through my Dental Nurse Diploma course, even though I had already paid all my fees.

Despite reaching out through emails, there has been no response, and I only discovered additional details by contacting third-party agencies.

After six months of wasted time and money, I am still awaiting any news regarding a refund.

I attempted to communicate with the employees and owner of Dental School Ltd through multiple emails and phone calls.

The employees have an automated email response reiterating the company's cessation of trading, while my attempts to contact the owner, Martin Brimicombe, have been met with no response to any of my emails.

I had really good experience with the dental school company and my tutor Lauren Duffen who actually helped me throughout the course for all the assignments, exams and all the help I needed.I qualified as a dental nurse in a year along with training in the dental practice. Would like to say thanks to The Dental School and to my tutor Lauren Duffin.

Training with the dental school has been super easy and quick. I did my nursing qualification in a year and am really pleased with the help and support I received. Lauren D and Rhiannon could not have done enough!

Everything on the course was valuable and I didn't think there was any silly tick box exercises like other course providers
