Very transparent organization. I feel like I've got a lawyer and a financial advisor on call. I just got off the phone with the lawyer handling my case, and she was wonderful. To have a legal expert walk you through the process and know that they are there to support you, even when you have those moments of panic because the thought of not paying your credit card is scary, is such a relief and comfort.
Teaching shouldn't put people in a position where they're either faced with mounting debt or bankruptcy. I love teaching, but I've spent thousands of dollars of my own money on teaching supplies, on top of not getting paid nearly enough to make ends meet. I had to do something because, God forbid, I had an emergency and couldn't pay for it. This way, the money I was spending on credit card bills will go into a rainy day fund.

When I inquired, I received an immediate response, and I was contacted by an agency within minutes. My only suggestion would have been to explain other options. For example, debt consolidation vs. debt relief. However, I feel that the option recommended to me was best for my situation at this time.
