i ordered 2 shirts but i received a bikini then call center agent asked me to reorder again the shirt coz they can only arrange for return and cannot fix for the delivery of my ordered items…… so disgusting 🤢 really a waste of time
Very bad service, they don’t care about their customers. Do not buy from them. They send defected items and don’t exchange it later.
Honestly, they don’t even deserve the one star. I ordered an item and paid cash (big error of judgement). Returned the item and had to wait weeks for the voucher. After several tries to use the ‘invalid’ voucher, I could finally use it to order three pairs of shoes. I paid with the above voucher and the rest with my credit card. This happened on September 25. Had to return two pairs because they were too small for me. Today, October 25, I am still waiting for my refund. I sent them 20 emails and called them many many times. Emails were ignored or answered with the most general info and the customer service operators provided the same answer: ‘I will talk to the financial department and call you back immediately’. Needless to say, this never happened. A few days ago, I received a voucher which was of course invalid. After activation, it was half of the amount that they owe me!!! How weird is that!! Contacted them again to ask what happened to my other half, and received the same answer: ‘I will contact the financial department…’…I am relentless and I have already made a complaint to the consumer rights in Dubai. I hope they can urge them to give me my money back.
I strongly advice do not order online. If you must buy something from The Deal, go to the store.
Very bad Online experience. I bought some pair of Jeans and they took 10 days to deliver. When I open the package it was wrong sizes.
They don’t have a phone to call them and they don’t have a customers service and they don’t supply the product I invited Scooter and I don’t get him and I also buy a TV and I don’t get them

I was appalled by the customer service, or lack thereof.
For one thing, I recommend you never pay in cash as, should you need to return the items, they will hold your money hostage and issue an online voucher, forcing you to spend it in their store, a voucher you’ll have to wait weeks for.
When I reluctantly accepted the voucher, I finally received an email confirming the voucher, but they failed to provide a voucher code. I had to call “customer support” and, 10 minutes later they confirmed they’d now sent the code. When I tried to use the code, I was informed that it was not valid. I had to call in again, and I was informed that they would deal with it within 24 hours. Meanwhile, they refused to reserve the items in my basket (the only items I had any interest in), even though they were in possession of my funds and I was unable to check out because of their error.
Furthermore, repeated requests to have my concerns escalated and to speak to a manager were ignored.
I will never again deal with this horrendous platform. Shameful
I ordered 2 Dolce and Gabbana key chains and they did not match the product title (Robot Gunmetal Key chain) (no robot existed) and they did not come with the original box. The tags attached were worn off. I made a return request and after more than 3 weeks i received a "store credit" minus the shipping cost! it was your problem that i had to return this order and you deducted the delivery fees. Nevertheless I made it pass and i politely asked if i can get refunded the store credit which they rejected as it is their policy. I placed an order using the store credit and after 3 days of waiting i figured i would check my order status and it was cancelled! they did not inform me at all and when i got in touch with a customer service person (after 30 minutes of calling), i was told that the items (2) were out of stock and they would refund me the part i paid by credit card... I then checked the site again and i found that one of the items was still displayed. Anyways i made another order 4 weeks later of a shoe and i paid for delivery and after a day of checking the status of my order my order got cancelled. Note that they DID NOT inform me of the cancellation and i had to keep checking. I called (struggle) and the customer service representative explained the same issue (out of stock) although the item was still displayed. he apologized and gave me a 50DHS coupon code on my next order (which i could get when placing an order on a new account).
I told him i that all i need is for them to refund me my store credit and after an argument he agreed to return them to the credit card i used to make the latest order. 2 months later i did not get a refund! I sent them an email 1 week ago with my bank details so they can refund me the store credit and I DID NOT receive a response until now!!! Dealing with them was a nightmare and all the time i wasted trying to "find deals" on their site went down the drain. Do not deal with them, they are very unprofessional !
