My experience with Crystal Pharmacy was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

A valid prescription for Mounjaro was signed by the prescriber and submitted to the pharmacy on 14th May. Despite this, the order was marked as "fulfilled" on the partner platform, even though the medication had not been supplied.

Following submission of the prescription, I was repeatedly asked for additional evidence, including photographs of previous prescriptions, labels and medication boxes displaying the patient's name. Whilst pharmacies are entitled to carry out their own clinical checks, these requests went far beyond what I had anticipated after a valid prescription had already been issued and presented.

Communication was also exceptionally poor. Responses via WhatsApp were often very slow, making it difficult to obtain clear updates or provide accurate information to the patient. The process became drawn out and unnecessarily stressful. After all, I had let my patient know it had been marked “fulfilled”

Ultimately, the prescription was never dispensed and a full refund was required.

In my view, once a valid prescription has been issued by a qualified prescriber and accepted by the pharmacy, the process should be transparent, proportionate and communicated clearly from the outset. Instead, it felt as though increasingly more evidence was being requested at every stage, with little explanation and significant delays.

I appreciate that pharmacies have a duty to ensure medicines are supplied safely. However, this experience left me feeling frustrated, unsupported and lacking confidence in the service provided.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not use Crystal Pharmacy again and would not recommend them to others because of this experience and I could never go through this again. I work with a number of amazing pharmacies in the industry who work seamlessly in partnership with us. It’s a breath of fresh air - this however was not.

Never again order from here my parcel did not arrive plus they never keep u updated !

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Crystal Pharmacy. They refused to process a valid prescription for Mounjaro that was issued by a registered prescriber on Faces. The prescription was written before the recent price increase, but instead of honoring it, the pharmacy gave me different excuses each time and refused to dispatch my order.

To make matters worse, they avoided any proper communication. Despite sending multiple emails requesting clarification in writing, they refused to respond appropriately. This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable, especially when it comes to handling important prescriptions

This place has been amazing today in helping me set up since the new June regs. I was so stressed, a kind lady called Harjeet kept in touch, and helped set my account. Plus link a prescriber. Even watsaped step by step how to work the site and even called me to go through it over the phone. A massive thankyou when i was about to give up. 2 days id been trying do this with a well know site all prescribers add onto, with no one getting back for 2 days. The prices on here are great on the things id need. With free NDD before 4pm cut off! Cant wait to add more clients in my account as i go now i know how easy it is. Thankyou, Sharon xx
