Just talked with a supervisor named Tori and found out the initial person you talk to is just a salesman. They have no part in the credit improvement process so whatever they promise you is just a sales tactic and not backed by anything.

No one ever discussed enrolling me in this program. Nor did they discuss pricing. I did not and do not need or want their services. Nor have they done a damn thing for me. I live on a fixed income. And these jackasses stole $120 from me. If I can figure out how to give you an even more negative review. You can guarantee I will be doing it at every level. You're a bunch of thieves!!!!
