I ordered this product as something to use for my own DJing experience so that people could find me on socials whilst I was DJing.
The product really is top quality, I am over the moon with it. Easy and quick to set up and get it up and running. Especially for the price, I didn’t expect the product to be such high quality. Highly recommend.

Ordered for the first time. Excellent service and item received quickly. We ordered a house number sign, which has now been placed on our outside wall. Very pleased with the sign and we are hoping it will stop delivery drivers taking our orders to wrong house which happens all the time.

we received an item as a christmas gift from my mam, we loved the sign but the LED lights where broken. we sent a very polite message only to be ignored multiple times. my mam has also emailed and she has been ignored too!

The sign is brilliant. Exactly as I imagined it would be and now has pride of place on my wife's greenhouse. The price and delivery were the best I had found abd the quality superb.

Ordered a plaque for Xmas present. Did not recieve. When I messaged I was told they had issued a refund as they couldn't do it. Upon seeing reviews it would appear this is a frequent thing with the company, take your money and not send item. I would be cautious about ordering as there are plenty of other companies that do same products with excellent reviews.

I received a present from this company for my birthday and loved it so much we bought my grandsons a light for Christmas. The remote didn’t work. We messaged the seller and not only did they replace the lights with the remote but a full unit, Excellent customer service. We were really happy with their quick response and replacement in time for Christmas.

Do not order from this website. I wish i read the reviews. Took my money and not received anything. I will be reporting them to trading standards and try to claim my money back from my bank.

Avoid. Paid for a led sign. Never received the item and never received a refund when I asked 2 months after purchasing.

I had a really great experience with Crafty Bonobo from start to finish. They firstly communicated really well with me, answering my questions.

And the personalised mirror sign they made is terrific. It looks exactly like the preview you see online. I love the fact it is not actually made of glass. It’s so much lighter and easier to handle (and safer) - but still has super high reflectivity.

The remote controlled LED strip is a separate element. I prefer that too (rather than being hard wired into the sign). When I hung my sign, I positioned the LED strip separately to give the perfect lighting. (If you prefer, it’s been designed to attach directly on the hanging lugs). Also, the LED lighting has a built in switch on the cable, so if the remote breaks, or you lose it, you can still use the lighting.

We absolutely love our bar sign, it was just what we wanted and looks great. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a personalised LED sign, reasonably priced too.

Paid for a few items from Crafty Bonobo but they never sent everything I ordered the only response I recieved was them asking me if I checked the package. They then never responded to any emails at all. So the only recommendation I can give is to avoid them and buy from someone else

I ordered an item 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I have tried to contact them numerous times but they will not answer any emails or get back to you. They have taken my money.

Hi has anyone actually had a delivery from this company, ordered an LED sign in May , I paid £238 and I still haven’t got it , they won’t answer the phone or emails !!! I have the bank onto it now !!!!

Flawed mirror marked and scratched. I paid 84.99 and can't give it as a gift. Refused me a refund despite sending photos. Cheap, flimsy. Don't bother. You would get a classier gift down at home bargains. Scumbags now I don't have a wedding gift to give to my neice.
