A warm welcome from the team here at The Courtyard Spa Birmingham, a stones throw away from the incredibly popular Bullring. We're delighted to offer high-end skin care products, bath & shower essentials, as well as home favourites from some of the UK's most popular brands. All orders are picked and packed by us and we're pleased to have built a relatively small customer base of over 30,000, which we're incredibly proud of. The Courtyard Spa began with a small warehouse and two mobile beauticians who shared a passion for delivering expert facial treatments, before evolving into a small and highly regarded independent retailer. With an upcoming move into a fixed clinical environment and expansion in our treatment offering, it represents the next stepping-stone on our own unique little journey. We hope you have time to explore our site or even better, book in for one of our wonderful treatments.

The customer service is horrible and I…

The customer service is horrible and I didn’t receive my products

A newish website with great products at great prices. Arrival was delayed and I had to chase but customer service was excellent. Since learning Claudia uses Davines I was on the hunt and this was by far the cheapest place, so I didn’t mind the delay. Hope when they are more settled and have ironed out any teething problems, shipping will be quicker!

Great price and service

Ordered Davies shampoo and conditioner set which was very reasonably priced. Was delivered promptly with no issues.
Some indifferent reviews posted but my personal experience was all good 👍

The prices were the best I could find online.

Website east to navigate
Only reason not given five stars is the head on the moisturiser top was broken. I can still use it so didnt bother contacting as dont have enough time for that x
