Anya was really responsive, kept me updated, and kindly dropped off the Glow juices - they were so yum and the packaging is really above and beyond. I really liked her approach to juicing, health and sustainability.
I have just completed a 3 day juicing cleanse, with extra celery and I feel like I’ve done something really kind and worthwhile for my body.
I feel awake, I have reduced bloating and my tastebuds actually taste again!
Each juice is just pure ingredients, no nasty additives. They are eye catching and colourful, full of flavour and nutrition.
In a way I am sad it is over but I will certainly be doing another cleanse at some point.

We invited the Cotswolds Juicing Company to Harwell Campus to run a juicing workshop as part of our International Women’s Day programme and it was brilliant. Anya delivered a really engaging and informative session — she clearly knows her nutrition inside out. She explained the benefits of juicing versus blending and talked us through the different properties and minerals in plants and foods, as well as how to make homemade electrolytes and how juicing can be a specific cleanse as well as a balanced, healthy diet. It was fascinating but also really easy to understand.

Anya also shared the story behind starting her own business, which really resonated with the group and tied in perfectly with the International Women’s Day theme of building something of your own.

The 45 minutes absolutely flew by and everyone came away with practical tips and a new appreciation for what different ingredients can do for your health. We had great feedback from attendees and will definitely be inviting Anya back to campus to support our healthy lifestyle programme.

Direct delivery, clear instructions and a great taste. Ginger shots are a staple. I feel great and appreciate how responsive and knowledgable Anya is. It feels good to support a small business and have clarity on exactly what is in each product. Built in to our lifestyle now.
