Excellent service and a great team of specialists. I was treated by Dr Tej, Dr Mohammed and Jacinda and they have been amazing. The level of professionalism, knowledge and care has been exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend the clinic.

I came to Cosmetic Dental after a terrible experience with another dental practice and honestly, I’d lost all trust in the dental profession. At that point, I wasn’t even sure if I wanted to continue with composite bonding — I just wanted to finish my Invisalign and be done.

But after meeting Dr. Tej, everything changed. From the very first consultation, it was clear he genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for me — not just completing a job. He took the time to assess everything properly and explained things no one else had mentioned before. For example, instead of just covering a weakened tooth with bonding (as others had suggested), he recommended a crown to ensure a longer-lasting and healthier result.

What really stood out was the integrity — we actually ended up doing fewer teeth than I originally planned because Dr. Tej wanted to focus on achieving the best natural and balanced look, not just adding more for the sake of it.

The results? Honestly beyond my expectations. I used to google “perfect teeth” photos wishing for that kind of smile — and now I actually have it. I had a diastema and an underbite, and after 18 months at another practice I wasn’t sure it was even possible. But months later, I still look in the mirror every day and say “wow.”

Insane! Words can’t describe how happy I am with all the staff and treatments at The Cosmetic Dental Gallery. I had 9 composite veneers done by Tej, and honestly, he is incredible. His attention to detail, skill, and the way he makes you feel completely at ease is unmatched.

I used to be scared of the dentist and all things teeth, but from the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, the environment is spotless and welcoming, and the treatments are immaculate.

I can’t express enough gratitude for the exceptional care I received from Dr. Ankit Patel and Dr. Hartej. After being hit by a car, I faced the daunting prospect of undergoing four root canals. However, Dr. Patel’s meticulous work and gentle approach turned what I feared would be a painful experience into something quite pleasant.

Dr Patel’s manner was so reassuring, and his hands so delicate, that I even found myself falling asleep during the procedure. I was genuinely surprised at how painless the numbing process was; I haven’t needed any painkillers afterward, even after such extensive work.

The entire team at this practice is lovely, and the environment is fresh, clean, and inviting. What once seemed like a terrifying experience became a positive one, thanks to their professionalism and care.

I highly recommend Dr. Patel and Dr. Hartej to anyone in need of dental work. Their dedication to patient comfort and high-quality service is truly commendable!

Paid £95 for a consultation. After my first appointment on the Monday, I was asked to come back the following Friday to see and speak to another dentist. After the second appointment, I was asked to provide a copy of my last CBCT scan, from my previous dentist so they could discuss treatment and quote, I sent over the copy of the scan within an hour and I didn't hear back from them. I called twice, a few days later and over a week later, for an update. The first time I was told I would hear back from the dentist by the end of the week and the second time I was told that I should have been contacted and she would speak to the dentist and have him call me. He did not. Waste of my time, travel and money for the consultation. I found this situation completely rude and disrespectful. I received absolutely no help and they did not even have the common courtesy to get back to me. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend.

Extremely friendly and professional staff. We had a very warming welcome. We took our son to see Dr Tej after he chipped his tooth. He was extremely kind and provided an excellent service. Definitely recommend.

Would highly recommend! Amazing practice with friendly faces, special mention for Dr Tej who is knowledgable and welcoming. The practice is sleek and modern, felt like a showroom! Can’t wait for my follow up!

I was very nervous but Dr Tej made me feel at ease. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood. The clinic is very clean and luxurious . The staff are very helpful and approachable.
