Smooth delivery after ordering. The quality of the item is very good.
Difficult to reach and can’t speak in person about sizes and alternatives. No phone number that works so disappointing. Especially when garments are expensive.
The item purchased was very disappointing in that it was impossible to make it fit properly, due to the stiffness of the garment. Elastic, instead of just laces would have been preferable for adjustments. Now, having read your returns policy, I find I am unable to return it because it included a thong, which I did not try on, due to the unsuitability of the main garment. I shall definitely Never buy from this company ever again.!!
