Sadly, the package of 12 pasties arrived a day late in a somewhat defrosted state. When I tried to telephone the store no one available and despire leaving a message, no call back. Not sure if the pasties can be refrozen safely

Service beyond expectations.
Having been pleased with a previous order I had no hesitation in reordering. Unfortunately on this occasion, due no doubt to poor service from Royal Mail, this order arrived partially defrosted. The Cornish Pasty Store had no hesitation in making a full refund, even despite my informing them I had managed to salvage 60% of the order.
That's such a credit to them in this day & age.

Great customer service.Was informed by the courier that there would be a delay on delivery.As these were frozen uncooked I used live chat to contact customer services....no fuss,no dithering,replacements were sent (this time by Royal Mail)..received today 29th.
And as a bonus the pasties are always great!!!

Pasties were lovely as usual ,delivery great but as we had two boxes in the polystyrene box and not sufficient freezer packs to keep pasties frozen ,they had started to thaw as the freezer packs were laid on top of cardboard boxes not around boxes as usual .

I ordered 6,of the 450g steak flaky pastry. Arrived in excellent condition in a made for purpose frozen food package. Cooked in oven at 190 for 1 hour, then dropped temp to 120 for 25 minutes. Best pasties I’ve ever tasted and will buy again. Would recommend and I will be reordering.

The pasties were great but I ordered 8. I got 8 bags but only 6 pasties.mThats just not acceptable. The issue has not really been resolved. I would have appreciated some form of repayment for the mistake.

Order arrived on time
Order arrived mid-morning on day of delivery. Well packed with plenty of ice packs meaning pasties arrived still frozen. The filling was every bit as good as I remembered from living in Cornwall and having at least one a week from the Truro shop. Unfortunately the pastry was not good, hard and difficult to eat. More like old pastry that had been left too long! I only ordered the 185g size so next order will be for the larger size. Pastry let down an otherwise tasty pasty.

Second order, the orders of any pasties arrives extremely well packaged with plenty of ice packs, delivery is rapid. The quality of the pasties is very good, love the meat and vegetable fillings in the traditional pasty, the vegan vegetable pasty is giving great flavours. Will order again when the freezer is low. Very satisfied customer.
