I can only imagine that all the good review here are fake, their customer service is LITTERALY trash..
I could only Cop once out of 13 tries.. i think you'll better off try to buy stuff manually than with this bot..

All the negative reviews on this bot are false, Sometimes there support does take some time to get back to you but they have posted numerous times on there story they get thousands of messages per day. But they do always get back to you. They have recently updated there desktop and ios applications for SS20 and had tons of success for the first drop (most bots didn't have any success for week 1)

AVOID CopBot!!!!

I originally purchased their new web application not long after it came out 26th November 2019 and nothing downloaded. I then tried contacting them through their email address listed on their website when I received a canned response saying "Hi, Our support is undergoing maintenance. If you have any Copbot questions or concerns please message us on instagram @thecopbot. Our support team will be with you shortly.
Thank you for your business
Regards Copbot."

So I then tried contacting them on instagram as instructed but didn't receive a response for 3-4 days which then prolonged the process of actually getting to use the application at all.

After a few DM's they said it wasn't working because I had the new version of MacOS (Catalina) and their app wasn't compatible with this. They then gave me dates when this would be fixed but when asking on these dates if the app would be working (after trying myself and it failing) they continued to give me dates again.

At this point I decided to contact PayPal and open a case with them and coincidently received an email with access to their ios version of the app? Which they hadn't told me they were going to do....

I then lost the PayPal case despite showing proof I was unable to use their application.

When I tried opening the ios app I managed to create an account etc.... but now with the new season coming up I've tried logging in today and the app has now expired? This was quite funny to me as they state on their website and every marketing post "only a one time fee - no renewal required" FAQs - Yes. You will never be charged again on our bots.

So yeah guys, if you are thinking of purchasing their app I wouldn't recommend in doing so as I paid £90 at the time for this and still unable to actually use it properly....

They haven't even contacted me to see if I was able to use their app after the issues I contacted them about but I shouldn't have been so silly to think they would after the service I have received before ^^^

I got the bot, they send lots of docs and info on times and speeds, but I have tried their controls over and over again, and task-scheduling just doesn work. If you use the bot on the website it is extemely successful, but task-scheduling just doesn work. Its ok if you ask me. Also customer service can improve!

Copped 2 box logos!! Used Copbot on the bandana box logo hoodie and tee dropped and managed to cook both. 100% recommend

Terrible. Purchased and never received bot for over a month and they would never respond to me after multiple times of me reaching out. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back. I left a comment to someone on their Instagram about it and they blocked me on Instagram. These people are a scam and don’t trust them

I have CopBot over two months and I can't cop any thing with the bot. Going manual so much better, bot not shows the captchas and only searching for the product not adding cart, choosing color, check out etc. Do not buy SCAM ads.

I bought a bot last night from them excited to use on the supreme drop today. Website says it sends directions and bots instantly while it never did and keeps saying when I check order status that I’ll be notified when order ready. They never sent it and I missed the drop today. I’ve emailed them and got an automated response saying they are having maintenance or issues so to message them on Instagram. I did message them on Instagram with still no response.

This bot sucks all the good reviews are trash, I wanted to start reselling but copbot is trash and doesn’t work well, don’t fall for their advertising about all the you tubers saying it’s good it’s actually trash and I want to message them about my problems but they give short cold answers and didn’t fix my problems, I just lost 150 dlls

Literally bought 2 days ago for a certain drop, was having issues setting up so I emailed their support email. There reply was message them on Instagram so I did.
There reply was vague and not helpful at all.
Then the drop came, I missed every item even thou I set it up properly via their own youtube videos, so I messaged them again on Instagram asking what happened and why basically, i got no reply so I waited abit messaged again got no reply still however he was posting stories on his Instagram so he was just ignoring me. DONT NOT BUY very poor service and no support or help at all.

Honest to god got this bot two months ago and I've had trouble with the bot because there is no option for Australia, I've emailed multiple times, contacted them through insta, twitter literally nothing back.

Great customer service on instagram, however it has taken time to set up the new bot for desktop as i cant open it when i downloaded it

these guys are crooks!!!!! Their bot always fails, never had anything go through yet. My account also got deleted which they have not resolved in over 2 weeks. They could not care less once they have your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS PLEASE.....ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE

When i first bought the bot for google chrome I immediately had to DM their Instagram customer services because I did not get my chrome download link or my authentication key. After waiting 24 hours for them to respond I finally got my bot. I have used to bot since SS18 and have copped two items while following their YouTube guides. Recently they have moved away from chrome and gone to a PC download. This was a great upgrade and I immediately copped on my first week. However, they posted on their Instagram story saying to uninstall the previous version and reinstall to update to the latest version. Ever since doing this my bot re-installation has failed and no matter what I do the bot will not fully install and my startup is not work. It includes a JavaScript Error message. I have contacted the customer service once again but do not expect a quick reply. I have gone through a lot with this company and bot. The no refund policy means I cannot get a refund of my roughly $180. Bad customer service, not getting my bought immediately after purchase, constant fails in weekly drops. There are better bots out there people, or even better, if your plan is to resell supreme, join a resell group like reselolgy, they use trusted bots and insure you hit on supreme each week. Just whatever you decide to do to spend your money, make sure you do not buy TheCopBot

Used CopBot this week (FW Week 11) and managed to secure the mountain jacket!! so happy, thank you copbot

Bought the Copbot Supreme Bot for iOS yesterday (30/10/2019). Had a small issue when initially trying to set it up but that was resolved very quickly.

Failed on my first attempt at copping with the bot but that was down to me not setting the bot up very well.

The negative reviews about them not answering aren't true.
