Absolutely terrible, complete rip off avoid at all costs. Said he fixed my ps5 which he charged 145 pounds to do then it's started to play up with in two weeks again with the exact same thing as it was before then he wanted another 120 atleast to look at it again. We went somewhere else and they charged us 40 pound and had it fixed within a day. No problems with it now luckily.
Took my grandson's xbox to Paul with a black screen issue. Paul explained possible diagnosis and repair needed and all cost options in language a 73 year old can understand. The repair was carried out in just a few days and returned with a full service. Cost very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
Do not buy from them. My mooded ncaa football xbox 360 was damaged in mail. Will not get in touch with me for replacement, or my money back. Posers is what they are.

I've been asking for a Nintendo switch all year my mom told me to work hard in school so I did so I told her about the cheapest I could find we ordered it.a month it didn't come now I'm still waiting and a Nintendo switch is the only birthday present I could get so whoever runs this company and is scamming people of there money your a cruel cruel monster and you ruined my whole summer the only reason I wanted one was so I could play with friends during covid 19 but now I'm not going to be able to anymore because you scammed me over
Ordered PS4 Pro on 8-1 order status still shows order on hold and I have emailed several times with no response. Wish I would have researched them 1st before buying. They are just stealing money from people with no product delivered.
Item was shipped and lost, not their fault but they refused to work with me to find it and refused any contact, Item is still lost and a week later and this place won't even return a email ! HORRIBLE !!! I paid them in full and yet they could care less. Never ordering anything from here again !!! Feels more like a scam and I'm out 249.99 .... Do yourself a favor and pay a little more somewhere else and at least you'll get it or hear back from someone !!
