We recently hired Converters Group for a TV wall installation, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The job was promised to be completed within a week but ended up taking nearly a month, which caused significant inconvenience.
While some tradesmen were excellent, others did not meet the advertised standard of finish. The final result is acceptable, but not at the level we were led to expect.
Additionally, our carpet was damaged during the initial skirting board installation, and despite sharing photos, we received no response regarding this issue—only acknowledgment of the skirting board.
Overall, the lack of consistency, missed timelines, and poor communication mean we will not be using Converters Group for future projects. We’ve shared this honest feedback with Converters Group without a reply or apology.

A quality job from the team at the Conservatory Converters. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of what was going to happen and when. They did an excellent job. It looks great. So far it's made a difference in terms of internal temperature when the sun is shining - it's much more comfortable to sit in. The true test will be in the cold winter days of course but we're confident that we'll be able to use it this year, unlike previously. No hesitation in recommending at all.

“I carried out repair work on this company’s vans across several jobs. They paid the first two invoices in full, but the third invoice was only partly settled, and they have since refused to pay the remaining three invoices despite reminders. They have also accused me of ‘ripping them off’, even though my labour rate was very fair and there was only a 20% mark-up on parts to cover additional costs — the same practice used by most garages. This has left a significant amount unpaid and has been very difficult for me as an independent mechanic. Based on my experience, I would advise anyone doing business with them to ensure payment arrangements are clear and secured in advance.”

The price was very competitive and the three fitters did a very good job as did the electrician, plasterer and painter.

Guys made really good job and finished in one day then just needed to get plastered and painted which ch is great would highly recommend is all done does make a big difference far cooler now and blocks out noise which is great would highly recommend company

The whole process of dealing with the Conservatory Converters was smooth from start to finish. Everyone turned up when they said they would, did what they said they would and in the end an excellent job was completed. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The team arrived at 9:30 am and got straight on it, within 5 hours the job was complete, no slacking no mess and a perfect looking job. Since installation we have had a major storm a lot of wind and rain. Perfectly dry inside, no damage outside. Excellent job

Excellent job done by all those who completed the insulation and roof of the conservatory. Job done in the timescale by excellent workers doing their respective trades.

I was given a good quote by the salesman when he looked at the job. After a few days I was contacted by the company to say that they couldn't do the job for that price because there was more work needed.we came to an agreement and the job was done about 3 months later. I am very happy with the work carried out, the boys did an excellent job with a high standard. I would definitely recommend them.
