Cover arrived much earlier than expected
The cover to the pillow arrived much earlier than expected, and It is beautiful. However, given that one has to buy the pillow itself separately, it is really expensive.

I said that I was very disappointed, that I had ordered in November hoping for Christmas receipt. And MAGIC ! they appeared on my doorstep this morning! Something fishy going on with communication, and I DON'T mean mine !! P.S. I don't order queen size which I have before...they are too big for the bed even though the bed is queen.

I like the quality of the towels
I like the quality of the towels I ordered and the quick delivery.
However I did not receive the gift bag I ordered. I am still hoping to receive it before Christmas, as the towels are planned as gifts.

Takes too long for refunds
I recently ordered towels that needed to be exchanged for a higher quality option. Unfortunately, the company does not allow exchanges, so I had to return the original order and place a new one separately. The return package took 6 days to reach them, and now I’ve been told it will take another 10–15 days to apply the credit to my card. That means waiting close to three weeks for a simple refund.
This turnaround time feels excessive compared to industry standards, where refunds are typically processed within just a few business days of receipt.
Update
They did reach out and credit my card after I re-contacted them asking where the refund was. However, they then deducted $54 as a return fee off my order total of $180. I contacted them again and said they made a mistake and it should’ve only been $13 and they will send me a refund for over charging me the fees associated with the return. Seems to me like a lot of issues with just one order.

Refund timeline is more like 3 weeks if at all
The company store has stunning sheets of high quality. But the experience of getting a refund is terrible. Item was received on Dec 2nd and despite the FAQ saying refund would be processed in 3-5 biz days... rep said it was not processed. He proceeded it on 12/11 and told me I might get refund in 5-7 biz days. Ridiculous - awful experience. Spent $500+ on merchandise and will never purchase again
After multiple chats and calls and emails, refund was finally released to PayPal on 12/11/2025. Exhausting and Lousy experience.

The sheets, which I hand washed prior to using, are soft and warm. The holly w/berries pattern is just right for snowy New England nights. I haven’t tried the bath towel yet, but it feels soft and the dark blue is what I wanted.
