Product was faulty and would not work…
Product was faulty and would not work on Christmas Day for my grandson. I contact a customer advisor and was told I would get a replacement and a new delivery confirmation email but have received nothing very poor all round should have known better to shop online through Facebook bad service please don’t use

The koala almost blew up the first time…
The koala almost blew up the first time I put my batteries in, but the second time it was fine and it still is now.The koala sings loudly and makes random noises which discomfort you while sleeping with it, as there is no off switch or volume switch to turn the music off or down I wouldn’t recommend sleeping with it but it’s nice and relaxing too lay with it and it also eases your mind.
