I ordered myself a Ducati scooter for my commute. I made an error with my order and the team were really kind and quickly rectified my order error. The shipping was prompt, and everything was well packaged. The scooter is absolutely fantastic, excellent quality, lots of fun and sturdy. It has already saved me lots of Uber costs which is a huge bonus, it will likely pay for itself. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and have already had friends ask where I got my scooter from.

Absolutely amazing service! Bought a Ducati Scooter (Ducati! I know right!?) I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw you could get a Ducati scooter. After looking everywhere online I couldn’t find one in stock until I found ‘the city scooter’ so bought one. I got an email the following day saying they do have some in stock but some have slight minor cosmetic damage, after a few emails back and forth including pictures they sent me, I was more than happy to receive one as it was very slight indeed. Super honest to come up front with that straight away. I reckon most companies wouldn’t have done that and they would’ve just sent it and would’ve probably got away with it as it was so minimal. But these didn’t. They knocked a whopping £100 off the price which I didn’t expect at all. Or even a free upgrade to a bigger more powerful one worth £400+ but I stuck with the Ducati as it’s for my 9yr old daughter for Christmas so didn’t want anything to fast. Also got offers of 20% off anything else! Or even an a refund straight away. Excellent costumer service, above and beyond to keep me happy! Will return when due for an upgrade.
