We had the need to use Agency chefs. Both Chefs 'hit the ground running'. Along with the planned menu's they baked cakes for our residents tea time , wrapped & dated anything that had been opened with food stuff remaining, rotated stock as necessary. Thoroughly cleaned the kitchen . Both were friendly and helpful, the food cooked was of a very good standard .

We recently contacted The Chef Tree in need of an agency chef to help us out in the absence of our current nursery chef. The Chef Tree sent us Ian, who was absolutely fantastic. Ian was polite, approachable and asked lots of questions (which was great, he paid a lot of attention to detail!) The children and staff thoroughly enjoyed the food that he cooked for us! Thank you :)

From the outset I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness.
The speed at which the service was delivered was second to none, from the initial inquiry to the chef's arriving the following day!

The team were receptive to our needs and requirements, ensuring they sourced and provided the most appropriate staff for our setting.

As an education provider, it is essential that statutory checks are carried out on all personnel, and we are in receipt of the appropriate documentation prior to the chef's arrival. The team at The Chef Tree completely understood this requirement and were very proactive in sending the information required, automatically and in advance of any personnel changes.

The Chef's provided have been superb, they are highly skilled, and nothing is too much trouble, they have all been highly motivated and very personable.
The comments received from the pupils and staff regarding the quality of the home-made food produced, has been highly encouraging.

Costs are completely transparent with rates discussed at the outset, with complete oversight of timesheets being provided digitally for approval, prior to invoices being raised.

I would not hesitate calling upon the services of The Chef Tree again in the future, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and reliable Chef agency.

I have been working for Chef Tree for over 2 years now and I am extremely happy with them, no complaints at all. Always someone on the end of the phone or email, always helpful and I have always had shifts, never been short of work.

The availability calendar is simple to use, you're contacted about the dates you have made yourself available to work plus you have to confirm you can work when a shift comes up which is really helpful.
Love the variety of places to work also it's great to be able to balance work and family time

I recently celebrated 15 years in business and used the ChefTree to supply me with a chef and 2 waiting staff to make the party a success, and they certainly did. Everyone commented on how good the food was, and I was delighted with the professionalism of not only the staff on the day, but also the team in the office who helped me organise everything.
