The site is a plain vanilla scam

The site is a plain vanilla scam

After you sign up until you pay for a VIP membership, your profile will receive a fair number of visits and messages (which you cannot read). After getting the VIP membership this all dries up.

If you move around your country of residence (which you can only do after you get a VIP membership) you'll notice that quite a bit of profiles are duplicated.

You still receive the occasional message but some pattern are suspicious: the person sending you the message often switches language, and many messages do look like they have been translated with google translate (or similar). There is never a follow up outside the site itself (the only contact I communicate outside the site was someone with a nigerian number pretending to be in Europe).

The web page performance is quite shaky (the Cancel VIP membership functionality does not work).

All in all: stay away.

Been trying to contact them to cancel…

Been trying to contact them to cancel both my VIP-account, and delete my account, now well in advance of the time limit, but i do not get any answer from the support. I have also sent 2 faxes with the correct information, in the correct way, also gotten confirmation mails that these faxes has been sent. But i do not get any confirmation from thecasuallounge.

In addition to this, it is very obvious that the female profiles on the site is being almost automatically made, and i have also analysed the pattern from which i get answers from them, and some times i get answers from 3-5 persons at one time. This indicates to me that there is 1 person sitting behind all these profiles and writing at the same time, just to string people along.

This site is a complete scam all round. Stay the hell away from it!!!! I will find way to report it to the authorities and i encourage everybody else reading this to do it as well.
