Please note that I place a order and paid EFT over a month ago that was to be delivered and to date I have still not received anything. I went to the Randburg branch and the call a lady at the Alberton branch who assured me that the cartridge would be delivered yesterday before 12pm.
I have now had it with this service and will be going to the SAPS to lay a charge of theft against THE CARTRIDGE GUY.

Should there be no response from you by 9am I will have no option but to go this way.

SHOCKING SERVICE

I ordered a Canon 1400XL Multipack on 21 February and payment was successfully processed via Bobpay. Within an hour I received an email saying my order had been cancelled with no explanation.
What followed was over 40 days of chasing the company across email, WhatsApp and phone calls. I resent proof of payment multiple times. On one occasion I held the line while their finance department confirmed the funds were in their account — yet the order remained cancelled on their system with no resolution offered.
I was repeatedly promised the order would be dispatched and that I would receive a waybill to track it. None of that ever happened. Eventually my calls started going to voicemail after a single ring.
I formally requested a refund, which was also ignored. I have since had to escalate to the National Consumer Commission and open an online order dispute with my bank to attempt to recover my money.
I have screenshots documenting every interaction. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered on the 18th of February. Opted for express delivery, where it was indicated that I would receive my order on the Friday. Only received half my order on the Monday, since then, I have contacted them often, only to be told that the balance of my order would be dispatched "tomorrow". 3 weeks later.
My frustration is real.

Long waiting time, I paid in full (65K), On the 3rd of Feb, They promised that I'll get the cartridges the next day. It's the 25th now. Nothing has been given. I have been promised that they are on their way everyday

The Cartridge Guy took my money!!!!
I ordered a cartridge from the Alberton branch on the 30th of October. The cartridge was paid for on the same day and it was to be delivered to my home in Cresta- just 17kms away!!. After following up on the 6th November I was advised that it would be delivered by the latest on the 8th November!! On the 10th November I phoned in to find out where the delivery was and was advised that they didn't have stock and I would be refunded!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is now the 20th November and despite repeated phone calls from me and promises of payment it has not happened!!

Its a scam they take your money and never deliver.check their Facebook reviews always complaints.
No goods no reply

From orser to deliver

Great service and a very friendly consultant helped me with my request even though some of the request were a bit unreasonable. Would definitely recommend the service to others and you got yourself a loyal customer in me.

Save your money and dont buy from these guys, first time using them. Asked if these are the right toners for my printer they said yes. Paid and delivery came with one short toner. No communication from them. i had to call them they said they are aware and will send it. Decide to load the toners i do have with them and it does not work! Refund will take 30days!!!
